The Steps of a Meditation Session

You don’t need anything special for our Free Minute Daily Meditation Practices and you can even listen to them on the go, while doing something else.

However, we recommend that you take a couple of minutes, stop everything you’re doing and dedicate a few minutes of your day to yourself.
